What is collagen?

Collagen can be found throughout the body from skin and hair to joints and tendons. It’s the most abundant form of protein in the body and will help the body function a lot more smoothly. In reference to our joints our collagen levels can drop through strenuous exercise and can cause joint discomfort and distress. By utilising a glucosamine supplement our bodies can then support our collagen levels from dropping

Our Glucosamine is combined with Chondroitin which works synergistically to enhance its effects and assist with joint pain, stiffness and symptoms of osteoarthritis.

If your order has not been delivered 7 working days after dispatch, please get in touch & we will raise an investigation into this. Strike days do not count as working days.

All delivery options are presented to you when you are placing an order on our website. You will be presented with the delivery options that are available to you based on your orders delivery location and order weight. It is your responsibility to select the correct delivery option for you order. 

All delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

The following arrangements apply to all delivery orders on our site;

  • We dispatch orders on Monday to Friday only

UK Mainland (England, southern Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) and Wales.

  • Orders placed with Standard will dispatched with Royal Mail, usually delivered within 2 days but give up to 5 working days for this standard service
  • Orders placed with Express will dispatched with Royal Mail, usually delivered within 1 working day including a Saturday (Next day is not guaranteed) 

Rest of the UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles 

  • Orders placed with Standard will dispatched with Royal Mail, usually delivered within 2 days but give up to 5 working days for this standard service
  • Orders placed with Express will be dispatched with Royal Mail, usually delivered within 2 working days including a Saturday

Republic of Ireland

  • Orders placed with Standard 2-5 working days are £7.95 and will dispatched with Royal Mail, usually delivered within 3 working days

Isle of Man & Channel Islands

  • Orders placed with Standard 2-5 working days are £3.95 and will dispatched with Royal Mail, usually delivered within 3 working days


Returns Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, please first contact us via phone or email to explain the situation.  We accept the return of goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Clothing returns will need to be unworn, have the label still attached and still in original packaging.

Items you cannot return: Opened items, free items, samples or gift cards

How to return items: To return any item you must first contact us via email at so all the relevant information are included in your parcel when you return it.

We suggest you return your items via recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn't arrive with us you can put in a claim in with the courier. Please pack well to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.

Courier Returns: If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the delivery address to receive the items, and two attempts have been made by the courier and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the courier, once recieved back at Load Up, the item will be refunded minus either a 20% restocking fee.

If the customer refuses delivery due to no issue on our part, the item will be returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us - thr difference will be refunded.
